Senior Pastor (full-time)

We are a welcoming church family located in the historic Steveston community of Richmond, BC. We are a diverse, multi-generational, and semi-multi-ethnic congregation committed to following Jesus together. Our church values collaboration, hospitality, and Spirit-led worship as we seek to love God, serve one another, and reach our community with the good news of Christ.

We are looking for a Senior Pastor who will help lead and shepherd our church with wisdom, grace, and a heart for discipleship. If you’re passionate about cultivating a Christ-centered, relational, and vibrant church community, we’d love to hear from you!

The Senior Pastor provides spiritual leadership and oversight to ECC, guiding the church in worship, discipleship, and community engagement. The senior pastor reports to the elders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shepherding & Pastoral Care – Lead, equip, and support pastoral care, counseling, and discipleship.
• Sunday Worship Leadership – Oversee Christ-centered services, coordinate teaching, and collaborate with worship leaders.
• Church Leadership & Vision – Work with Elders to discern God’s direction, support ministry growth, and develop leadership.
• Administration & Ministry Oversight – Supervise staff, manage resources, and ensure organizational health.
• Community Engagement – Represent ECC in the broader church community.

The Senior Pastor collaborates with the Elders to nurture a thriving, Spirit-led congregation.

Children & Family Ministries Pastor (part-time)
