A core value at ECC is that you don’t just belong here but that everyone can express their God-given gifts and abilities through this community. The theological phrase for this is the “Priesthood of All Believers." This is a way of saying that everyone has a role and a voice in the ECC community because of what Jesus has done.

• Cleaning Team - Cleans the inside of our buildings
• Landscaping Team - Lawn and garden care & other outdoor maintenance
• Maintenance Team - Repairs and maintenance of the buildings
• Finance Team - Manages the financial accounts, budget, records & reporting
• Decor Team - Plans and provides seasonal decor & upkeep
• Kitchen Team - Community meals and special events
• Greeting Team - Welcomes on Sunday mornings
• Music Team - Provides music for Sunday morning worship
• Tech Team - Audio video support for Sunday worship and other church events
• Teaching Team - Works with the Senior Pastor to determine the preaching and teaching plans for the church
• Service Host Team - Leads the service on Sundays
• Prayer Team - Meets for prayer Wednesdays at noon on zoom; Email prayer list
• Spiritual Formation Team - Works with the Senior Pastor to oversee Small Groups and discipleship aspects of the church
• Compassion Team - Works with the Senior Pastor to direct specific help to people in need in our community
• Junior Youth Ministry Team - weeknight & Sunday morning activities and ministry
• Youth Ministry Team - Friday night activities and other ministry activities
• Children’s Ministry Team - Sunday School and other ministry programs
• COBS Bread Team - Picks up, packages and distributes bread products to the community
• Refugee Support/CARE Team - Comes alongside refugees in our community
