I want to support you and your families with resources to calm your nervous systems and build your faith.
In Luke 10:24, Jesus was asked, "Which commandment is the greatest?"
He answered, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and most important commandment. The second is like it: love your neighbour as you love yourself.”
In times of heightened stress, we need to remind ourselves and our children of the truths of God to build our faith and maintain hope. An important tool is to be able to calm our nervous systems so we can more fully give and receive love...love for ourselves, our community, and God. As we regulate ourselves, it can also help our children co-regulate to a calmer place. It’s a beautiful picture of how we can spread the Grace of God to our children and those around us.
May we feel how Grace surrounds us,
xo
