Rachel grew up in a Christian home in Manila, Philippines. She is happily married to Earl and they are enjoying every bit of their parenting journey raising two little boys in the beautiful city of Richmond. 

When she needs a break from the daily grind, Rachel loves reading, having good coffee, exploring restaurants, and dreaming up family vacations. 

As an entrepreneur for over 10 years, Rachel enjoys dynamic and interpersonal roles that involve organization and coordinating with people. She considers it a joy to be able to serve the Lord and support the ECC community in her new role and looks forward to meeting everyone soon!
