Rachel grew up in a Christian home in Manila, Philippines. She is happily married to Earl and they are enjoying every bit of their parenting journey raising their boys in the beautiful city of Richmond. 

When she needs a break from the daily grind, Rachel loves going out for a run, enjoying a cup of coffee or a good book. She considers it a joy to be able to serve the Lord and support the ECC community in her role.
