GOAL 1: TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH PEOPLE IN THE DIVERSE COMMUNITY OF RICHMOND
1. Host 1 or 2 key training events to equip ECCers how to reach out to their neighbours
2. Host meaningful activities/seminars at ECC that are advertised within Richmond ex. marriage workshop
GOAL 2: DEVELOP AN EVEN STRONGER, SPIRIT-FILLED SUNDAY MORNING EXPERIENCE IN WHICH PEOPLE, AT WHATEVER STAGE OF THEIR FAITH JOURNEY, WILL FEEL WELCOME
1. Continue to make Sunday mornings more accessible to everyone
2. Re-create a greeter and follow-up team
3. Use Planning Center® to organize Sunday mornings in a more efficient manner
GOAL 3: CONSIDER/DEVELOP A VISION FOR THE WEST END ROOM WITH AN IDEA TO REACH THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
1. Conduct a needs/assessment community survey
2. Meet with ECCers to hear their thoughts.
3. Present a list of options consistent with our vision
GOAL 4: ENSURE THAT NEW PEOPLE AS WELL AS REGULAR ATTENDERS ARE ENFOLDED INTO OUR COMMUNITY
1. Create a "connection dinner" for new people (twice a year) led by our pastor, Ken, at his house
2. Create a new welcome brochure with basic info for newcomers
GOAL 5: TO INTENTIONALLY EQUIP AND SUPPORT ALL OF US, THE "PRIESTS", TO THEIR FULLEST CAPACITY
1. Continue to broaden our understanding and expression of mission in our community
2. Continue to explore how we can help one another grow in the practical application of our faith on Sunday mornings
GOAL 6: DISCERN HOW TO RESPOND TO A RAPIDLY GROWING SUNDAY MORNING CONGREGATION
1. As a community, spend the next months in prayer and discernment to listen to what God is saying on this matter. During this time, anyone is welcome and encouraged to write the LT about what they are hearing from God
